We can either lease an apartment in this building through an agent or directly from owners. The building management office will pass us the names of those owners whose apartments they know are available. But there is greater supply at comparable prices through agents, such as Hualiang.The building management tells me that there are two 104 square meter, one-bedroom apartments side by side available on the 23rd floor. They were unable to contact the owner, however, to show them to me.
